The Pocket Peak Folder is knife that disappears in your pocket when closed and is a real eye-catcher when opened. Its high-end, technologically innovative materials make the Pocket Peak the perfect knife for all kind of uses. The Pocket Peak blade is made from 14C28N steel, produced by Sandvik® in Sweden. This steel was specially developed for hunting knives, pocketknives, and kitchen knives. It is a stainless steel that holds an extremely sharp edge. It can be hardened to 62 HRC on the Rockwell scale and is also very rust-resistant. While 14C28N steel is very hard, it is also easy to sharpen. Unlike many similar steels, 14C28N steel does not tend to microchip. Because this steel can also withstand high lateral loads, the blade edge does not tend to roll.
